uTrack are delighted to announce a 12-month contract extension with Scottish Citylink who operate 19 routes linking major Scottish cities such as Glasgow, Edinburgh, Aberdeen, Dundee, Stirling and Inverness.
Origin has been instrumental in helping the Scottish Citylink operations team to:
- See and react to problems in real-time, e.g. traffic, incidents, etc.
- Locate pain points on certain routes and respond, e.g. amend timetables to account for popular stops that require more time for passenger onboarding/disembarking
- Provide most accurate and up-to-date information to passengers instantly
- Use automated data analysis to create the most efficient service possible for passengers
Coachtracker has enabled Scottish Citylink’s passengers to:
