The app consolidates essential functionalities into a single, user-friendly interface, giving customers convenience and control over their travel arrangements. It enables customers not only to easily book and pay for tickets via the app, but also to track their coach in real-time and monitor live departure and arrival times.
At the heart of the real-time tracking feature lies the app’s integration with uTrack’s Coachtracker, a feature that was previously accessible to customers exclusively through the Scottish Citylink website. Through Coachtracker, customers gain invaluable insights into the status of their journeys, enabling them to stay informed and prepared every step of the way. Customers can search by location name or service number and see a live view of the vehicle’s current position on the map. Additionally, they gain access to essential journey details such as travel duration and traffic alerts for any updates or changes and a list of stops serviced along the route.
