We’ve grown quickly in the short time since our inception and the demand for our services has continued to increase. As such, we’re looking for a QA Engineer to join our hard-working team.

We do this by providing the digital tools, innovation and expertise that enable public transport companies across the world to improve their businesses and deliver more targeted, more reliable services that meet the demands of whole communities.



You will be responsible for creating and implementing a strategy for quality coordination and testing, as well as suggesting solutions to identified quality problems.

You will work closely with a fast paced team on a large catalogue of products, both web and mobile facing.

Your day to day

  • Preparing test cases and test plans
  • Executing test cases and reviewing results
  • Raising defects and retesting fixes
  • Investigate product quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the Product Development team to ensure consistent project execution
  • Identify quality assurance process bottleneck and suggest actions for improvement
  • Oversee continuous improvement projects
  • Reporting and documenting technical issues
  • Prepare and present reports and metrics to QA Manager


To be considered for our QA Engineer role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer
  • General understanding of Software Quality Assurance Testing concepts, methods and practices in an information technology environment
  • Ability to use defect management tools such a JIRA, Bugzilla, Team Foundation Server or similar agile tools.
  • A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success



  • ISTQB® Foundation Level Certified Tester qualification
  • Working experience with automation tools and automation scripting



  • Starting salary of between £25,000-£30,000
  • Flexible working hours (work a 7.5 hour day any time between 7:45am and 6pm)
