My First Months as a Junior Software Engineer at uTrack.
I wanted to take a moment to share my journey at uTrack as a Junior Software Engineer over the past couple of months. It’s been an incredible ride, and I couldn’t be more grateful for this opportunity.
First and foremost, I must highlight the warmth and support I’ve received from the uTrack family. The team here has been exceptionally welcoming, making me feel right at home from day one. At uTrack, keeping their employees happy is a top priority, and it truly shows.
One of the things that has stood out in my initial months here is the emphasis on continuous learning and growth. I’ve had the privilege of enrolling in various training courses to enhance my skills and keep up with the evolving tech landscape. The commitment to our professional development is unparalleled.
My day-to-day tasks involve working on tickets in the uTrack app and the admin portal. It’s been a fantastic learning experience as I dive into the codebase and collaborate with a talented team. I’ve already picked up invaluable insights and skills and I’m sure there will be plenty more to come.
The onboarding process at uTrack has been seamless and well-structured. Having mentors readily available to assist and answer any questions has made the transition into my role smoother than I could have ever imagined.
These first couple of months have been nothing short of amazing, and I’m excited about what lies ahead. I look forward to the coming months and the opportunity to further progress as a software engineer at uTrack. It’s a privilege to be part of a team that values growth, collaboration, and creating innovative solutions.
