uTrack is a company of opportunities. In my time working at uTrack, I have been given several opportunities that have had a profound impact on my life.
I got my first opportunity with uTrack 8 years ago when I started as a project manager. The company was a lot smaller than it is now. I was responsible for dealing with clients on a daily basis and ensuring that our projects were being delivered on time. A few years later, I was given my next opportunity. As we took on more staff and grew, we needed someone to manage it all. This is when I stepped into my role as operations manager. This role had me ensuring that everything in the company was running smoothly and effectively. I made sure that everyone had what they needed to do their best, from hardware to software or even standing desks!
In 2024, I have been given my latest opportunity. I have moved into a role I have always wanted to pursue, and I am delighted that I am finally here. I have begun my career as a Junior React Developer. I think it is a sign of a great company that is flexible and willing to embrace change like this. I am very fortunate to be working with a great team in React, along with a fantastic manager, Mike Robins. My journey is only beginning, but I am very excited to be doing it at uTrack.
