This month sees the launch of uTrack’s new employee app, with its deployment to all employees at Avanti West Coast.
The app is designed to empower employees in all areas of a transport business. Key Features:
Always have the latest information in the palm of your hand! The Avanti Connect newsfeed provides you with an all-company newsfeed as well as news a personalised newsfeed relevant to your role and location.
The Useful Documents sections let you access important documents filtered by All Company, Role and Location.
Stay Safe allows you to submit and track the status of five reports: accident report form, witness statement, operating incident report, assault report form and intervention report from. Upload your signature and accompanying images straight from the app.
A-Z of Helpful Links
The helpful links section provides access to useful information, contacts, resources and links, such as the IT service desk, the employee assistance helpline and more.
As well as the new release of Avanti Connect, we have continued to improve our “Active Admin” CMS working closely with our customers to deliver new features and functionality that brings value daily.
With our new update to Active Admin 2.0 across our employee app estate we bring an array of new features.
Create Admin Users
Users with admin privileges can now grant and revoke admin rights to other registered users.
Forward Schedule News
News articles can now be scheduled to appear on a date in the future.
Edit Article Attachments
It is now possible remove/edit attachments that have been added to a news article
